We are actively expanding our Direct to Seller Acquisitions division and hiring multiple Real Estate Acquisitions Agents to support company growth. This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving real estate investment company where strong communicators, negotiators, and problem-solvers can build a serious long-term career with uncapped earning potential. In this role, you will work directly with heirs, executors, attorneys, and property owners to help solve complex real estate situations while acquiring off-market investment opportunities. We are looking for professionals who are dependable, emotionally intelligent, organized, resilient, and motivated to perform in a high-accountability sales environment. This is not a passive sales role. You must be able to lead conversations, think creatively, follow up relentlessly, and move opportunities forward with urgency. What You'll Do Manage inbound and outbound seller leads Build rapport with heirs, executors, attorneys, realtors and property owners Conduct consistent follow-up and maintain active pipelines Evaluate investment opportunities based on company acquisition criteria Run comps and analyze deal potential Negotiate and secure signed purchase agreements Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates Communicate proactively with leadership and team members Identify creative solutions and multiple exit strategies Move deals efficiently from lead to close What We're Looking ForReliability & Accountability Dependable, punctual, and consistent Strong follow-through and ownership mentality Organized and self-managed without constant oversight Maintains communication and pipeline discipline at all times Communication & Negotiation Skills Confident and professional on the phone Strong objection handling and negotiation ability Able to guide conversations and build trust quickly Persistent without being robotic or overly aggressive Comfortable speaking with people in emotionally sensitive situations Speed, Execution & Problem Solving Able to evaluate opportunities quickly and accurately Knows how to prioritize high-value deals Thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment Manages multiple active leads simultaneously Thinks creatively to solve seller challenges and structure deals Market & Investment Awareness Understanding of real estate investing principles preferred Ability to comp properties and assess deal viability Knowledge of pricing, condition, location, and buyer demand Able to identify multiple exit strategies and deal structures Mindset & Emotional Stability Resilient under pressure and rejection Patient and consistent through longer sales cycles Maintains professionalism in difficult conversations Coachable, adaptable, and solutions-oriented Understands that consistency drives long-term success Preferred Experience We're looking for individuals with a strong sales foundation and the ability to learn quickly. Real estate experience is helpful, but not required.
