Job Description

Our client, a growing boutique law firm located in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, is seeking a Trusts & Estates Legal Assistant to join its collaborative and client-focused team. The firm represents individuals, families, fiduciaries, and businesses in a broad range of matters, including estate planning, probate and trust administration, probate and trust litigation, trust modifications, and business litigation throughout Florida. In addition to providing sophisticated legal services, the attorneys are deeply committed to serving the local community and making a meaningful impact throughout St. Petersburg and Pinellas County. Responsibilities Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys in the Trusts & Estates practice Draft, revise, and proofread correspondence and legal documents Assist with estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters Prepare and maintain client files and case records Coordinate attorney calendars, meetings, and deadlines •Handling incoming and outgoing mail and other correspondence Manage document organization, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Prior experience as a Legal Assistant in Trusts & Estates, Probate, or Estate Planning Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems Professional demeanor and strong client service skills
