Job Description
Leasing Agent needed to run a resort‑style Apartment Community!!! Full Time We're looking for an experienced Leasing Agent to oversee leasing operations for a high‑rise, resort‑style community in downtown Sarasota. This role is ideal for someone currently working as a Leasing Manager (or strong Assistant Manager ready for the next step) who thrives in a polished, fast‑moving multifamily environment. You'll lead the leasing team, drive occupancy, support renewals, and help maintain the community's high standards. Do you have what it takes?? Managers' duties and development:
- Handle tours, applications, move‑ins, and renewals with a hospitality‑driven approach
- Manage lead follow‑ups, daily leasing activity, and conversion strategies
- Support digital marketing, online listings, and community presentation
- Partner with the onsite team to ensure smooth move‑ins and resident satisfaction
- Maintain accurate reporting within Entrata/Yardi and uphold Fair Housing compliance
