Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and via email Conduct community tours and highlight apartment features and amenities Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects in a timely manner Process applications, lease agreements, and resident paperwork accurately Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community policies Assist with resident relations and provide excellent customer service Support marketing and outreach efforts to help increase occupancy Maintain organized leasing files and accurate data entry

Position Requirements:
