  • 200,000+ SOS Home Offers is hiring an Acquisition Specialist to meet with homeowners, build trust, and convert opportunities into signed deals.
This is a field-based sales role for someone who is driven, competitive, and ready to take ownership of their results. You will be working with qualified inbound leads —your job is to close. Compensation:
$25,000 base plus commission
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do As an Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the frontline relationship-builder and deal-maker for our company. Your primary mission is to connect with homeowners looking to sell, build rapport, and negotiate win-win solutions that benefit both parties.
Your day-to-day:
Respond to and qualify incoming leads from our marketing systems Build genuine rapport with sellers and understand their unique situations Schedule and conduct property appointments (virtual and in-person) Negotiate offers and overcome objections to close deals Manage your pipeline using our CRM and follow up consistently until contracts are signed Participate in team trainings to sharpen your skills
