Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Conduct research and market analysis to determine property values and competitive prices
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies
• Guide clients through the negotiation and closing process, ensuring a smooth transaction
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid real estate license
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent knowledge of local real estate market and neighborhoods
