Lueder, Larkin, and Hunter, a well-established and respected law firm in a multi-state area with multiple locations throughout Georgia is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Precloser to join our fast-paced Conyers closings office. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service to real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout the closing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and manage residential real estate closing files from contract to closing Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and title underwriters Order title work and assist with title clearance and lender requirements Verify payoffs, wire instructions, and transaction details Schedule closings and maintain Outlook calendar coordination Prepare and distribute title documents, ALTA statements, and lender packages Maintain organized and accurate files within SoftPro and office systems Ensure deadlines are met in a high-volume closing environment Communicate proactively and professionally with all parties to keep transactions moving smoothly

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a real estate law firm, title company, or mortgage closing environment preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage numerous files simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills Familiarity with SoftPro or similar closing software preferred Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
