Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here A growing and highly respected Georgia-based real estate law practice is seeking a Bilingual Associate Attorney (Spanish/English) to join its Gainesville office. This attorney will play a key role in expanding services and building relationships within the Spanish-speaking community while providing exceptional legal counsel and client service throughout the real estate transaction process. The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to homebuyers, sellers, lenders, real estate professionals, and referral partners throughout the closing process. Responsibilities Conduct residential real estate closings and related transactions. Review title commitments, title reports, and closing documents. Explain legal documents, title matters, and closing procedures in both English and Spanish. Provide outstanding client service throughout the transaction process. Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and community partners. Participate in networking, business development, and community outreach efforts. Assist in expanding the firm's visibility and accessibility within the Hispanic community. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active Georgia Bar license Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal. Prior experience in real estate, title, and transactional law Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service.
