Hiring:
Automotive Sales Professional Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy helping customers find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and budget? Calavan Kia West is looking for an Automotive Salesperson to join our growing team!
What You'll Do:
Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and financing options Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives Follow up with leads through phone, email, and in-person communication Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
What We're Looking For:
Previous automotive sales experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate) Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude Self-motivated and goal-oriented Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must pass background and drug screening
