Who:
A small, well-established financial and estate planning firm is seeking a detail-oriented Estate Planning Paralegal / Legal Assistant to support estate planning, trust administration, and client coordination activities.
What:
This role will assist with drafting estate planning documents, coordinating deed filings, handling trust funding activities, and supporting day-to-day client and legal administrative functions.
When:
Immediate opening due to continued business growth.
Where:
Sandy Springs, Georgia - In-office environment located just inside the perimeter off Roswell Road.

Compensation:
$35,000 - $45,000 base salary plus benefits allowance.
Benefits:
Up to approximately $400 per pay period allowance that employees may use toward healthcare, transportation, or personal benefit expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft estate planning and trust documents
  • Coordinate deed filings with counties
  • Assist with corporation formations
  • Support trust funding activities
  • Coordinate and organize client documentation
  • Draft client correspondence and letters
  • Answer phones and assist with general office administration
  • Maintain accurate and organized files
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of related experience preferred
  • Estate planning or trust experience highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
