Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Sales Professional and drive success by connecting customers with their perfect vehicle. Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up effectively with clients Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend suitable vehicles and upsell additional features or services Negotiate terms and close deals confidently while maintaining high levels of professionalism and phone etiquette Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that attract B2B (business-to-business) clients and retail customers Manage inventory control and assist in inventory management processes to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business Experience Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, preferably within a dealership environment Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales environments Demonstrated success in building a sales pipeline through cold calling, outbound sales, and networking Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus) Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math principles Experience in public speaking or presenting can enhance your ability to engage clients effectively Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple accounts, follow-ups, and maintaining detailed records Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for automobiles meets your talent for sales!
