Job Description

Active Iowa Real Estate License and membership in Iowa City and/or Cedar Rapids Association of Realtors. At Legacy Realty of Iowa | LPT, we're looking for agents who are ready to grow. Whether you're newer to the business and looking for more opportunities to gain experience, or you're an established agent looking to increase your production and leverage additional lead sources, our team environment is designed to help you build momentum while continuing to grow your own business. What You'll Do Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and lead opportunities. Conduct buyer and seller consultations. Guide clients through the home buying and selling process. Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, listing contracts, and related documents. Stay informed on local market conditions and pricing strategies. Maintain consistent communication and follow-up within the CRM. Host property showings and open houses. Deliver a high-level client experience from first conversation through closing. Flexible schedule with availability to respond to lead opportunities, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Compensation:
