Real Estate Agent - Buyer Specialist

Do you love houses and people? We're looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic buyer's agent to join our team. You will be the buyer's main point of contact with responsibilities that include: arranging showings, scheduling inspections, coordinating closing, etc. This position offers exponential earning and growth opportunities.

Compensation:

$50,000+

Responsibilities:

Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process Prepare buyer representation agreements, show properties, write offers, and review closing statements for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction Host open house events to promote listings and meet potential clients Engage in ongoing training Must be committed to continuous personal and professional improvement Search for prospective homebuyers and sellers, providing them with information to make educated decisions regarding their real estate goals

Qualifications:

Real-estate license or pursuing required High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry About Company The Market Team is a residential real estate team serving Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and Spokane County, Washington.
