The compensation for this position ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience, with eligibility for quarterly bonuses.

Lead engaging property tours, showcasing the unique features and amenities that make our community special. Assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing applications and signing leases. Respond quickly and thoughtfully to questions by phone, email, or in person, ensuring every interaction is positive. Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information. Collaborate with the management team to meet occupancy and leasing goals. Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies. Help create memorable community events and programs that boost resident happiness and connection. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office programs is a plus. Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing regulations. This position is located in Deerfield, IL, and requires the ability to work Saturdays.
