Job Description

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and develop our team while driving performance, accountability, and long-term success across the office. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys coaching others, developing high-performing teams, and using business insights to improve results. You will work closely with leadership to strengthen existing processes, support agent development, and help shape the future growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Guide and mentor agents through individualized coaching, business planning, and performance development. Evaluate business trends, production reports, and operational data to identify opportunities for increased productivity and profitability. Develop and enhance performance tracking tools, reporting processes, and accountability initiatives that support individual and office-wide success. Lead onboarding, training sessions, and professional development programs that encourage continuous growth. Partner with executive leadership to implement strategic initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and overall sales performance. Conduct performance discussions, provide constructive feedback, and confidently navigate challenging conversations while maintaining a supportive leadership approach. Collaborate with recruiting and leadership teams to foster a culture centered on growth, accountability, and continuous improvement. Stay informed on market conditions, industry trends, and competitive activity to help guide office strategy and agent success.Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of residential real estate experience. Previous leadership, coaching, mentoring, or management experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate data into actionable business decisions. Experience developing processes, improving workflows, and implementing performance initiatives. Outstanding communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Confident, professional, and comfortable providing direct feedback while earning the respect of those around you. Highly organized with exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.Benefits
