Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Prior experience in leasing, sales 3years or more. A proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office and property management software Must be available to work Saturdays Must have a reliable car. Must be able to travel to other locations.

The ideal candidate is someone who will enhance the value of our residential asset by providing an exceptional experience to our potential & current residents. We need a frontline leaser to generate traffic, tour guests, provide exceptional customer service, and close sales.
