00 per hour + Performance Bonus Potential We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Leasing Agent to join our team at a 318-unit, garden-style apartment community in Peoria, Illinois. This is not your average leasing position—this community is in an aggressive lease-up, and we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, closing leases, and contributing to the success of a rapidly growing community. Key Responsibilities Drive leasing activity and achieve aggressive occupancy goals. Conduct apartment tours that effectively showcase the community and convert prospects into residents. Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries. Follow up consistently with prospective residents to maximize lease conversions. Process rental applications accurately and efficiently. Assist with resident move-ins and provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process. Maintain accurate prospect traffic, leasing, and marketing records. Support resident retention efforts through outstanding customer service. Maintain a professional appearance of the leasing office, model units, and community. Collaborate with the property management team to execute marketing initiatives and achieve occupancy goals. Qualifications Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or multifamily housing experience preferred. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious leasing goals. Ability to build rapport quickly and create a positive experience for prospective residents. Proficient with computers and property management software (experience with AppFolio is a plus).
