Stay ahead of the market:
Research competitors, track trends, and bring fresh ideas. Handle light admin and financial tasks (rent calculations, delinquency notices, package acceptance, key tracking). Maintain a strong 75%+ conversion rate from traffic to leases. Who We're Looking For Outgoing, engaging personality with strong customer service experience (retail, hospitality, sales—anything people-facing!). Previous leasing or property management experience is a bonus but not required—we'll train the right motivated candidate.
