This individual will play a key role in managing transactions, client communications, marketing efforts, and overall operational efficiency. A current real estate license is required, along with strong administrative and communication skills. Responsibilities Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks to enhance productivity. Manage property listings and ensure accurate information is maintained. Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to facilitate transactions. Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and property showings. Support the negotiation process by preparing necessary documentation and contracts. Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout their real estate journey. Maintain organized records of transactions and client interactions. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within real estate or related fields. Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to negotiate effectively in various situations. Familiarity with real estate law is a plus but not required. Multilingual abilities are advantageous. Active Indiana or Kentucky Real Estate License.
