Responsibilities Represent buyers and sellers throughout the full transaction lifecycle Work with buyers already in our pipeline and convert them into closed transactions Conduct buyer consultations, property showings, and listing appointments Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms on behalf of clients Maintain accurate and timely updates in our CRM Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth communication and documentation Attend daily morning meetings and weekly team reviews Build and nurture your sphere of influence to generate referral business What We Are Looking For Active real estate license in Kansas, Missouri, or both Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to close Comfortable with CRM platforms and consistent documentation habits Strong communication skills with buyers, sellers, and the internal team Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with no restrictions Auto insurance with at least $1,000,000 liability coverage Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus Why Jones and Homes You come in with buyers already waiting.
