Job Description
We are looking for Full time Leasing Agent to work for our multi-residential property. We need a leasing agent to assist in generating traffic, tour guests, provide customer service and close sales. Offering a competitive hourly rate, excellent commissions and benefits package. In a Leasing Agents role, you will be responsible for showing and leasing apartments or town homes to prospective residents and should be professional, energetic and have strong marketing skills to help make our community successful. You will also support the Property Manager with daily operations of the property and must be able to work an occasional weekend hours.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
- Assist in the leasing process, including application review, lease preparation, and move-in coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant information and lease agreements
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize customer relationship management software to track leads and follow up with potential tenants
- Collaborate with property manager to ensure efficient property maintenance and repairs
- Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with prospective tenants
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including conducting unit inspections
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in leasing or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data entry and file management
- Knowledge of facilities management and property maintenance processes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
