" Leasing Professional to join our team at our future beautiful 300+ unit property, Hunter's Pointe located in Overland, Kansas. Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have leasing experience, including solid understanding of Fair Housing. Must be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customer's need by communicating features and benefits to close the sale. Bilingual is a PLUS! Requirements Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
