Apartment Leasing Agent

Job description Summit Place Apartments has an excellent opportunity for a Leasing Agent who has strong leasing skills and proficient marketing experience. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 1+ years' experience in multi-family housing. If you possess the necessary skills, have a strong work ethic, and love a fast-paced environment, this is the position for you! The Leasing Consultant is the primary point of contact for prospective residents and existing residents.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting potential residents and showing the community, moving in residents, lease renewals, maintaining communication throughout the term of the lease, and outstanding customer service. Communication skills and a team player attitude are required. We are seeking a professional who is well-organized, and capable of showing and leasing apartments and processing rental applications. Sales skills are essential for this position. We offer competitive pay with a great benefits package.
