Process applications, conduct thorough background checks, and evaluate prospective residents to determine eligibility. Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met. Utilize OneSite software to manage and track resident applications, leases, move-ins, and move-outs. Collaborate with the property management team to establish and maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and related documentation. Address resident concerns, requests, and inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner to maintain high levels of resident satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitors' offerings to recommend competitive pricing strategies and marketing initiatives. Assist in the planning and execution of resident events and promotional activities to enhance community engagement. Conduct routine property inspections to ensure units are well-maintained and adhere to company standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fair housing laws, property management regulations, and industry best practices. •

Qualifications:

•High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Leasing Agent with a track record of successful lease-ups and maintaining high occupancy rates. Proficiency in using OneSite software for property management tasks is highly preferred.
