Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leasing & Property Management Professionals New Luxury Apartment Community The Residences at Hyannis Harbor is an exciting new luxury apartment community currently under development in downtown Hyannis. As we prepare for our upcoming opening, we are seeking motived, customer-focused housing professionals to join our team and help establish the foundation for the community's long-term success. We are open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including Leasing Professionals, Assistant Property Managers, Property Managers. We also encourage individuals with strong customer service and sales backgrounds to apply, as these skills often translate exceptionally well to this role - someone who is organized, adaptable, driven, self-motivated and excited by the opportunity to help launch a brand-new community. This position offers a unique opportunity to become involved before lease-up begins and play an integral role in the successful opening and stabilization of Hyannis Harbor. Title, compensation, and responsibilities may be tailored to reflect the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate. Developing meaningful relationships with prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing experience Conduct engaging community and apartment tours, helping prospects envision themselves as future residents. Maintain a welcoming, professional, and energetic presence while serving as an ambassador for the community and the company's brand. Build rapport with prospects, answer questions confidently, and guide them through the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in Assisting with the implementation of leasing and marketing strategies prior to opening Managing and responding to prospect inquiries Using your strong administrative and computer skills, this position will manage various tasks, such as managing lease files, updating necessary paperwork and computer systems, completing marketing/advertising tasks, updating social media sites, must be fluent in written and oral English. Weekends are required; must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and some holidays. Assist with company's on-going relationship with the residents throughout their tenancy Performs all the above in accordance with applicable laws and company policies Assist with community outreach, local marking initiatives, and other activities designed to generate leasing traffic and build awareness of the Hyannis Harbor brand.
Requirements:
Experience in residential leasing, property management, sales, hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred. Strong candidates seeking career growth are encouraged to apply. Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills. Comfortable meeting new people, conducting community tours, and engaging with prospective residents. self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and adapt to the changing needs of a growing community. Must have reliable transportation. Performs all the above in accordance with applicable laws and company policies. Knowledge of office equipment and general administrative functions. Positive, professional attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow. Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
