Job Description

Real Estate Agent /
Rental Agent Duties:
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values
  • Create and maintain listings of available properties
  • Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
  • Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes in regulations
Qualifications:
  • A Massachusetts real estate license
  • A cell phone and a car.
  • Proven experience as a real estate agent / rental agent.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of local real estate market and property laws
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
