In this role, you will play a key part in driving occupancy, delivering exceptional service to prospective and current residents, and supporting the overall success of our property operations. If you enjoy working meeting new people, have great communication skills, and thrive proving yourself in a temp to perm position, this is the job for you! Responsibilities Lease vacant units to qualified prospective residents while meeting or exceeding leasing and occupancy goals. Conduct professional property tours, effectively highlighting features, amenities, and community benefits. Respond promptly to inquiries, address resident concerns, and provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate and organized records of all leasing activities, including applications, lease agreements, renewals, and rent payments. Collaborate closely with the property management team to ensure a seamless leasing process and assist in resolving issues as they arise. Monitor market trends, competitive properties, and industry developments to ensure strong market positioning and pricing strategies.
