Real Estate Sales Agent Training Available

Job Description We are seeking individuals interested in pursuing a role as a Real Estate Agent. This position is suitable for candidates who plan to obtain a real estate license and work in a structured team environment. Prior real estate experience is not required. The role involves learning standard real estate practices, supporting clients during transactions, and participating in training and team activities. Guidance and training resources are available to support onboarding and skill development. Responsibilities Assist clients with buying and selling residential real estate Support clients throughout the transaction process Maintain regular communication with clients and team members Participate in scheduled training sessions and meetings Build and maintain professional relationships Position Details Independent contractor role (upon obtaining required license) Commission-based compensation structure Training and onboarding support provided Team-based work environment Qualifications Interest in working in real estate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and follow established processes Ability to obtain a real estate license Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required A real estate license is not required at the time of application. However, a valid license is required before performing licensed real estate activities.
