Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Investment Analyst / Senior Analyst to join our fast-growing investment team. This role is designed for top-performing candidates with strong academic and professional backgrounds who are looking for hands-on experience across a broad investment platform. The position requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate across a variety of projects as the firm continues to scale. This is not a siloed role—team members are actively involved in both investment execution and operational initiatives. Platform Exposure This role provides direct exposure across multiple investment verticals, including: Private equity and buy-and-build strategies Commercial real estate acquisitions and asset management Venture and growth investments Funds and co-investment opportunities Operating company strategy and execution Key Responsibilities Take introductory and pitch calls; synthesize and present investment opportunities to the team Build and maintain detailed financial models (LBO, DCF, real estate underwriting) Evaluate investment opportunities across private equity, real estate, and venture sectors Support due diligence, transaction execution, and deal structuring Prepare investment memoranda, investor reports, and presentation materials Conduct market research and industry analysis across multiple sectors Collaborate with internal teams to support operating companies and portfolio performance Assist with preparation of financial statements, including P&Ls and other reporting Analyze co-investment and fund opportunities alongside external partners Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field 2-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a related field Strong academic background with demonstrated record of achievement Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling Solid understanding of valuation methodologies and investment analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For High intellectual curiosity and strong problem-solving ability Attention to detail and ownership mindset Ability to think independently and operate with limited oversight Strong interest in private investing and business operations Comfort working directly with senior leadership and across multiple asset classes Compensation & Growth Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) Performance-based bonus Direct exposure to investment decision-making and firm leadership Significant opportunity for growth and advancement within the firm Additional Information This is a full-time, in-office role based in Bethesda, MD.
