We are currently looking for a Principal Operating Agent who wants to do more than just manage a desk. Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Disability Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Parental Leave Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements Active Maryland Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses. Five or more years of experience managing insurance sales operations or high-performing sales teams. Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Deep understanding of insurance underwriting standards and policy administration. Strong proficiency in agency management systems and digital sales platforms. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Knowledge of the local Bowie and Maryland insurance market landscape. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of our Bowie office to ensure smooth business function and client satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and inspire a group of agents to reach their full potential and hit their sales goals. Analyze sales metrics and operational data to identify trends and improve overall agency performance. Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives to expand our footprint in the local community. Manage relationships with underwriters and stakeholders to ensure we are offering the best possible products to our clients. Resolve complex client inquiries and handle high-level escalations with empathy and professional judgment.
