Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service through every stage of buying, selling, and leasing. Conduct property showings and open houses that showcase properties at their best. Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws. Manage property listings and create marketing strategies to attract prospective clients. Maintain organized records of transactions and client interactions. Stay informed on market trends and real estate regulations to provide top-notch advice.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proven success in real estate sales. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations. Skilled negotiator and marketer. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with property management and real estate law. Experience with administrative tasks in a real estate environment.
