This role is perfect for a licensed agent who enjoys working with buyers, loves being in the field, and wants consistent opportunities without having to generate all of their own leads from scratch. You will play a key role in helping clients tour homes, experience the market firsthand, and move confidently toward making an offer.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $160,000

Responsibilities:

Show homes to buyer clients throughout the Maryland & DC area Coordinate and confirm showing appointments, home inspections, and walkthroughs Provide professional, warm, and knowledgeable service during tours Communicate buyer feedback and insights to the lead agent/team Support clients throughout the home search process Keep notes on properties, client reactions, and next steps Assist with open houses when needed Represent the team brand with professionalism and care

Qualifications:
