Lerner Enterprises, a leading private real estate developer in the Greater Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area since 1952, is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Surrey Square in Forestville, MD.

What You'll Do:

Engage and build rapport with prospective residents via phone, email, and in‑person tours Lease and show apartment homes while delivering a best‑in‑class resident experience Meet or exceed leasing goals to achieve budgeted occupancy Convert leads, close leases, and encourage immediate move‑ins Ensure lead management and leasing systems comply with Fair Housing and company standards Administer lease paperwork for applications, move‑ins, and move‑outs Support resident retention initiatives and respond to resident inquiries Maintain knowledge of market conditions, competitors, and local amenities Assist with outreach efforts, market surveys, and competitive shopping as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Associate's Degree or equivalent certifications preferred (not required) Prior experience in sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills Ability to walk and drive the property daily to conduct tours

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
