Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Referral Agent to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will be the vital link connecting potential clients with our innovative services through proactive outreach and relationship-building. Your primary goal is to generate high-quality referrals by engaging with prospects via outbound calling, warm calling, telemarketing strategies, going into the community, Hospitals, Doctors offices etc . The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for customer service and located in Maryland or close to Maryland. This position is a commission base only. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to establish rapport and identify needs Develop and nurture relationships with potential partners through effective communication and negotiation Promote our services and solutions via telemarketing efforts, highlighting key benefits tailored to client needs Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies that maximize lead generation and conversion rates Qualify leads based on business criteria, ensuring a steady flow of high-potential referrals for the sales team Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all interactions, ensuring excellent customer service and brand representation Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively Proficiency in telemarketing techniques and outbound calling strategies Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Knowledge of technical sales concepts and business development practices Ability to perform warm calling with a friendly yet professional approach Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships Experience in marketing efforts related to lead generation and client engagement Is hard working Join us as a Referral Agent where your enthusiasm meets opportunity!
