Compensation:
$25/hr plus benefits and bonus. About Us Water Stone Management is a growing property management company serving the Maryland and DC metro area. We manage a diverse residential portfolio and are looking for a motivated, people-oriented Leasing & Operations Associate to join our team. What You'll Do Leasing & Marketing Respond to leads and conduct tours across our portfolio Process applications, screen tenants, and execute leases Prepare move-in packets and assist with move-in/move-out procedures Maintain listings on Zillow, Apartments.com, and social media Manage property photos, virtual tours, and vacancy tracking Resident Relations & Collections Answer phones and resolve resident inquiries within 24 hours Handle neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and incident documentation Deliver delinquency notices as needed Operations Conduct property inspections and vacant unit walkthroughs Maintain rent rolls, company calendar, and turnover reports Share rotating after-hours and weekend on-call responsibilities What We're Looking For Prior leasing or property management experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish a significant plus Proficient in Word, Excel, and property management software Strong customer service, organization, and follow-through Self-motivated and able to work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Fair Housing compliance required; training provided Water Stone Management is an equal opportunity employer.
