Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leasing Professional to join our team at 322 Baldwin Apartments in Odenton, MD. The ideal candidate will assist with the day-to-day marketing and leasing operation, including generating traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documents, completing move-in procedures, and providing exceptionally friendly customer service. This position is currently eligible for leasing bonuses.Your Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and establish rapport with prospective residents and visitors. Lease apartment homes, assist with applications, collect deposits/fees, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing practices. Submit applications for verification and approval to the Community Manager. Prepare move-in packages and conduct new resident orientations. Conduct creative outside marketing and outreach to attract future residents. Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Creating social media content.What you offer:
Leasing experience preferred. RealPage experience preferred Some weekend work required. Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette required. Excellent oral and written communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles. Reliable transportation required.What we offer you:
