Responsibilities Manage daily operations of your aesthetic or medical practice within the shared luxury spa environment Provide a wide range of treatments including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, esthetic laser procedures, dermabrasion, body waxing, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and nail care Deliver exceptional guest services by understanding client needs and offering personalized consultations and product demos Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in compliance with health regulations and spa protocols Utilize salon management software such as Aesthetic Records for scheduling, billing, and client records management Engage actively in social media management to promote services, special offers, and build a loyal client base Upsell retail products and treatment packages to enhance client satisfaction and business growth Ensure a welcoming front desk presence by managing appointments, answering inquiries, and coordinating guest experiences seamlessly Qualifications Licensed cosmetologist, esthetician, nurse practitioner, or medical professional with relevant certifications in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, laser treatments, or other aesthetic procedures Proven experience in med spa or salon environments with strong knowledge of skincare treatments and cosmetic procedures Familiarity with salon software such as Aesthetic Records for appointment scheduling and client management Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on treatments and products effectively Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols essential for maintaining a hygienic environment Skills in social media management to promote services and engage with the community effectively Ability to manage retail sales through product demos and upselling techniques to maximize revenue Join our vibrant community of aesthetic professionals in this luxurious office space designed for success!
