Owners Representative

Owner's Representative Sunset Wharf is a new and exclusive duplex complex nestled in the serene Bay Bridge Marina. We are looking to hire a friendly and engaging member of our team to serve as an Owner's Representative. The Owner's Representative will be, in many cases, the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers visiting our furnished model homes. This client-facing role will act as the liaison between the developer, builder, real estate agents, and buyers throughout the sales and pre-construction process. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and knowledgeable about luxury home construction and community offerings. Responsibilities Welcome and meet prospective buyers at our furnished model home

• this will be your home base Present available homes, floor plans, features, and community amenities Serve as the liaison between the developer/builder, real estate agents, and buyers Coordinate communication regarding pricing, timelines, upgrades, and construction progress with the owners Ensure model home is professionally presented and ready for tours Provide an exceptional customer experience Weekend availability is required
