CORPORATE, TRANSACTIONAL & REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE

Overview Drummond & Drummond is currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join our corporate and real estate practice in Portland, Maine. Our firm offers a collaborative, professional environment with the opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate, transactional, and real estate matters. This position is well-suited for an attorney who is looking to develop their practice while contributing meaningfully to a busy and established team.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in corporate and/or real estate transactions Experience with entity formation and commercial lending or real estate closings Strong research, writing, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Since former Maine Attorney General Josiah H.
