Azimi Lutkoff Homes | Southern, Coastal & Central Maine We're growing — and we're looking for a hungry, motivated Maine real estate agent who wants to build a serious business. This is not a role for someone looking to casually add a few transactions to their year. We're looking for an agent who gets excited when a new lead comes in, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and understands that in real estate, opportunity often happens after 5 PM and on weekends. You don't need to have been selling real estate for ten years. You do need to want it. The Role Our Buyer Agent will work directly with buyers from initial conversation through closing, while also supporting our team's open houses, lead-generation and marketing efforts. You should genuinely enjoy working with buyers: learning what they're looking for, touring properties, educating them through the process, writing competitive offers and helping them navigate one of the biggest purchases they'll make. And yes — you need to be willing to drive. Our business spans Southern, Coastal and parts of Central Maine, and we're looking for someone who sees a showing an hour away as an opportunity, not an inconvenience. What You'll Be Doing Responding quickly and consistently to new buyer leads Converting leads into consultations, showings and clients Conducting buyer consultations Scheduling and attending property showings Hosting open houses regularly, particularly on weekends Following up consistently with prospective buyers Writing and negotiating offers Guiding buyers through inspections, financing, appraisal and closing Maintaining excellent communication throughout the transaction Keeping CRM notes, tasks and follow-up organized and current Prospecting and developing your own sphere and pipeline Collaborating closely with our listing agents and team Traveling throughout our service area when clients and opportunities require it Tech + Social Media We are a technology-forward, marketing-driven real estate team , and we want an agent who is comfortable working that way. You don't need to be a professional content creator, but you should be comfortable learning new technology, working digitally and putting yourself out there.

You should:

Be comfortable using DocuSign, Gmail and the Maine MLS Be willing to learn and consistently use Lofty CRM to manage leads, contacts, tasks and follow-up Be comfortable using Facebook and Instagram for business Be willing to appear in photos, Reels, property videos and other team social media content Understand the basics of posting, Stories, Reels and engaging with people through social media Be comfortable using — or excited to learn — AI tools such as ChatGPT to work smarter, improve follow-up, create content and grow your business Be able to learn new apps and technology without needing someone to walk you through every click Understand that your digital presence is part of building a modern real estate business We're not looking for someone who already knows every platform perfectly. We're looking for someone curious enough to figure things out and confident enough to use them. This Could Be a Great Fit If You...
