In this role, you'll set the stage as the heart and soul of resident life, responsible for connecting prospective residents to unforgettable college experiences. Working side-by-side with the Property Manager, you'll establish leasing goals and craft a strategic marketing plan to achieve budgeted occupancy. This role is very different than your normal apartment leasing position- students and their families come from all over the world to join our community, looking to us to provide a traditional college experience at a campus that is not known for providing one. We're looking for community leaders are interested in trying something new- from applicant outreach and closing to content delivery, we're going to train you to the entire leasing process. Along with leasing responsibilities, this position also supports day-to-day operations to ensure strong performance and quality occupancy management. Responsibilities Oversee leasing management, pricing advertising, and availability strategy Conduct tours, diligently pursue the close of each sale, perform follow ups, and complete leasing paperwork with prospective residents Direct follow-up efforts for new applicants and renewals Delegate lead follow-up to Student Assistants and coach proper contacts Handle relet processing and lead pipeline organization Organize quality Roommate Matching through Themed Floors and Spaces Distribute Weekly and Monthly Leasing Reporting to Management Suite Create and implement incentives to drive leasing velocity We are looking for Team Members who share our values: Community-oriented Passionate about College Resident Life Warm and Welcoming Personality Consistent and Intelligent Work-quality Proficient in Microsoft Excel Education/Experience 1 to 3 years of previous leasing, student affairs, or customer service related experience (i.e. retail sales, real estate sales, hospitality, etc.); Ability to utilize all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred; Bachelor's Degree is encouraged but not required- however a passion for collegiate resident life is desired! Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
