Citation Club, 29540 Citation Club Circle, Farmington Hills, MI, 48331 Job Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Associate to join our team at Citation Club in Farmington Hills, MI. The ideal candidate will have prior leasing experience and be available to work on weekends to assist prospective residents and support our leasing operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner. Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities. Process rental applications, lease agreements, and related paperwork accurately and efficiently. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of leasing policies, procedures, and community offerings. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits. Collaborate with the leasing team to meet occupancy and leasing goals. Assist with weekend leasing activities and events as needed. Qualifications Previous leasing experience in a residential community or similar environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work weekends and flexible hours. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficient with Yardi leasing software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
