Responsibilities:
Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Qualifications:
Show good organizational and time management skills Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Self-motivation and drive A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Current and Valid Real Estate Salesperson License in the State of Michigan About Company Our 2025 promise is to assist a minimum of 1,000 buyers and sellers to accomplish their goals!
