Job Description

Our title company is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Escrow Closer/Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing closing documents, coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys, reviewing title commitments, balancing files, and facilitating smooth closings from start to finish.
Qualifications:
Previous escrow, title, lending, banking, or real estate closing experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
