Responsibilities will include:

Executing and updating property marketing materials, providing leasing tours, and possess renewal strategies to achieve resident retention goals. Demonstrating strong customer services skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering resident questions, and responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services. Acting in accordance with company procedures and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing requirements. Working independently as well as cooperatively with the Property Manager and team.
