Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Set appointments for both buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless client experience. Nurture client relationships through phone, email, and structured follow-up systems. Keep your CRM current and accurate, tracking daily activities and progress. Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and accountable environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients. Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals. Familiarity with CRM systems or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
