Job Description
Home Services Specialist Main Office Overview The Home Services Specialist supports the return to inventory of new and pre-owned homes and the purchase of pre-owned homes by gathering and reviewing required documentation and information. This position also supports inventory operations, service responsiveness, and cost management initiatives. Job Duties Facilitates purchase transactions, including purchase documents, marketable titles, tax and site rent resolution, seller payments through Accounts Payable, and title and Manufacturer's Statement of Origin transfers. (Essential) Conducts daily inventory reviews and manages inventory status adjustments. (Essential) Provides Zendesk support by responding to field inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner. (Essential) Coordinates with field teams to provide consistent, timely support. Coordinates with Sun Homes departments to support inventory operations and the timely return of assets to inventory. Analyzes asset data and required documentation to determine market sales prices and rental home rates. Confirms required approvals for home purchases. Facilitates services related to the review and management of pre-owned homes. Other duties as assigned. Facilitates compliance with paperwork and documentation requirements. Assists with budget reviews and price changes for Sun Homes inventory. Supports new home orders, including review, tracking, vendor communication, and status updates. Handles inbound NetSuite requests and maintains accurate system records. Manages Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) processing and documentation. Processes invoice coding and ensures timely completion of payment workflows. Requirements High School Diploma or GED (Required) Bachelor's Degree in Business (Preferred) 4 years in administrative experience in real estate, manufactured housing, property management, or similar. (Required) 6 months in experience in home sales, manufactured housing sales, or apartment leasing. (Preferred) 6 months in experience with NetSuite, Zendesk, or similar platforms. (Preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work effectively with individuals inside and outside the company. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet applications. Must have a valid driver's license
