Compensation:
$125,500 - $197,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions. Show properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits to facilitate informed decisions. Manage the entire transaction process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience. Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and support for mutual growth and success. Utilize provided leads and proven systems to consistently generate new business opportunities. Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system for transparency and follow-up purposes.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping others find their dream home. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met. Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, sharing insights and strategies for mutual success. Eagerness to learn and adapt, participating in regular coaching sessions to stay ahead in the real estate industry. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, from client interactions to transaction processes, ensuring a seamless experience. Familiarity with CRM systems for maintaining accurate records and ensuring transparent communication with clients.
