Requirements and Skills:

Prepare and process residential real estate closing documents accurately and promptly. Coordinate communication and workflow between buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents throughout the closing process. Conduct residential real estate closings with professionalism and strong customer service. Serve as a primary client-facing contact, answering phones and assisting clients with questions related to closings. Review, verify, and ensure completeness of all closing files and related documentation. Maintain accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality with all sensitive financial and legal information. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external clients in a fast-paced environment. Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously. Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, confident, and professional demeanor. Must be comfortable working directly with the public via phone and in-person interactions. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven office setting. Previous experience in title, escrow, real estate, mortgage, or banking preferred but not required—training provided. Strong reliability, attendance, and long-term commitment to the role are essential for success.
