Brandl Anderson Homes is seeking a passionate New Home Consultant to guide homebuyers through one of the most important decisions of their lives.

In this highly rewarding role, you'll serve as the face of our communities, helping buyers discover the perfect home while earning a competitive income with significant growth potential. What You'll Do As a New Home Consultant, you will: Welcome prospective buyers and provide engaging tours of model homes and communities. Build excitement by understanding buyers' needs and matching them with the right home, neighborhood, and financing options. Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the entire homebuying journey—from first visit to closing. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local real estate agents and industry partners. Generate traffic and sales through marketing initiatives, community outreach, local events, and networking opportunities. Showcase the unique value of Brandl Anderson Homes, including our quality construction, community advantages, company culture, and customer-first approach. Monitor local market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Communicate proactively with buyers, construction teams, and internal partners to ensure a seamless customer experience. Conduct regular community inspections to maintain outstanding presentation standards. Visit homes under construction to stay informed on progress and provide accurate updates to buyers. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining a positive experience. What Makes You Successful We're looking for someone who is: A natural relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills. Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Confident in negotiating, problem-solving, and closing sales. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Professional, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Real Estate License required . Associate degree or equivalent education/training preferred. 1+ year of sales experience preferred. 1+ year of customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of the local housing market is a plus.
